Ingredients
4 scallions sliced thinly Cilantro, chopped to taste
1 bag baby spinach 2 roasted chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1/2 package shredded carrots 1 bottle Thai peanut sauce
1 lb thin spaghetti, cooked and cooled peanuts, chopped
Cristy Chinese noodles
Directions
1. Mix scallions, cilantro, spinach, chicken, carrots and pasta together in large bowl
2. The sauce is spicy so add a small amount, mix and taste. Repeat until desired level of flavor is achieved
3. Just before serving sprinkle chopped peanuts and crispy noodles on salad
